If you're looking for mental health support, I offer individual therapy through platforms like Grow Therapy and Headway, where I accept several insurance plans including but not limited to: Partnership/Carelon Medi-Cal (coming soon), Kaiser, Beacon, Anthem, Medicare, and so many more!

I specialize in working with adults navigating transitions, anxiety, depression, identity, and self-worth. My approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and rooted in authenticity and choice.
